“What an amazing way to spend my first day in Kenya. I loved the boat tour. It’s unassuming at first and then seeing all the animals from the boat was absolutely dreamy. The hells gate portion did not disappoint! So good to kick the jet lag with some physical activity. I chose a manual bike (you can pay more for an e-bike) but I wanted a workout. It was 3 hours in the park so have a big water bottle. You can also buy water when you begin the hike portion. And pack good sunscreen and snacks. The guide offered to stop for lunch but I was so jet lagged…”
