The hells gate portion did not disappoint! So good to kick the jet lag with some physical activity. I chose a manual bike (you can pay more for an e-bike) but I wanted a workout. It was 3 hours in the park so have a big water bottle. You can also buy water when you begin the hike portion. And pack good sunscreen and snacks. The guide offered to stop for lunch but I was so jet lagged…”
