“Ich hatte schon vor Monaten diesen Ausflug gebucht und von Anfang an war die Kommunikation sehr schlecht. Nach wiederholtem Nachfragen wurde mir der Ausflug per WhatsApp bestätigt und dass ich alleine fahren würde , da sonst niemand anderes gebucht hätte.
